I am Ak Walden, a 24-year-old mother of two. Through the powerful experience of giving birth at home twice, I’ve formed a strong connection with my body and the amazing journey of motherhood. Despite facing challenges as a young mother, dealing with strong emotions and feeling disconnected from my body, everything changed when I started tracking my cycle. This marked the beginning of an incredible journey of self-discovery.
