As an additional preparation measure for the ‘official market launch,’ we have implemented the following changes:

The GOLD membership will now receive 3 generations of commissions (previously 4) with the following percentage shares of the commission base value:

a) Generation 1: 25 %, instead of the previous 20%.

b) Generation 2: 20 %, instead of the previous 15%.

c) Generation 3: 20 %, instead of the previous 15%.

This not only enhances the value of the Gold position but also protects us from future allegations that we operate as an MLM system, as this even applies as a limit in completely over-regulated states, such as Germany, where we are primarily not active.

The Kick-Off No. 3 will now be commissioned immediately, based on a commission value of $75. This results in the following commission payouts for:

a) Starter without membership: 20% = $15

b) Trainee: 1st Gen: 20% = $15 | 2nd Gen: 15% = $11.25

c) Pro: 1st Gen: 20% = $15 | 2nd Gen: 15% = $11.25 | 3rd Gen: 15% = $11.25

d) Gold: 1st Gen: 25% = $18.75 | 2nd Gen: 20% = $15 | 3rd Gen: 20% = $15

e) Diamond: 30% = $22.50 | 2nd Gen: 25% = $18.75 | 3rd Gen: 25% = $18.75 | 4th Gen: 15% = $11.25, and from there onwards into infinite depth: 10% = $7.50.

The Kick-Off No. 4 now costs a one-time fee of $50 for 3 months. This will also be commissioned immediately, based on a commission value of $25. This results in the following commission payouts for:

a) Starter without membership: 20% = $5

b) Trainee: 1st Gen: 20% = $5 | 2nd Gen: 15% = $3.75

c) Pro: 1st Gen: 20% = $5 | 2nd Gen: 15% = $3.75 | 3rd Gen: 15% = $3.75

d) Gold: 1st Gen: 25% = $6.25 | 2nd Gen: 20% = $5 | 3rd Gen: 20% = $5

e) Diamond: 30% = $7.50 | 2nd Gen: 25% = $6.25 | 3rd Gen: 25% = $6.25 | 4th Gen: 15% = $3.75, and from there onwards into infinite depth: 10% = $2.50.
