Support Team & “Hot Seat” Meetings for Members

1. Support Team
Starting immediately, the Support Team will have regular weekends off. All inquiries will continue to be addressed as quickly as possible. Any inquiries not completed by Friday (considering time zone differences) or those received over the weekend will be addressed on Monday in chronological order. This may cause minor delays but is a step toward NORMAL OPERATIONS.
2. “Hot Seat” for Members
From now on, “Hot Seat” meeting dates for members will be scheduled flexibly based on demand. Please send topic suggestions or other requests by email to the Support Team, so we can take them into account in our planning.
