We hope you are all well. We would like to inform you about an unexpected situation that has occurred in the last few hours.

On Tuesday night, there was an explosion at a transformer station that also affects our power supply. This caused significant disruption to the power grid, damaging many end devices, including our own. We are experiencing an ongoing outage of power, internet and our main phone line across the region.

However, we would like to reassure you as we have already taken action to manage the situation. We have replaced the damaged terminals, used a power generator to restore the electrical supply and reactivated the internet.

Our teams are currently working hard to identify and resolve any issues that arose during these emergency measures. We understand that this comes at an unfortunate time (see last announcement) and we are doing everything we can to minimize the impact.

The already scheduled webinars can take place if everything goes as planned. Normal conditions are not expected to be restored until Sunday, as we have been informed by the authorities.

We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated at this time.
