EPP/Definitions/Objectives/Ethics/Rules

First of all:

A member is a member because he wants to “learn to make money on the Internet”.

In order to earn money, it needs an output. That’s a principle, just like in physics, with the topic of electricity generation, for example.

No power without performance!

“Fundamentally, performance doesn’t care what makes it happen.” 

We have two options here:

Performance comes about either through the use of capital, since here the performance is already “stored” in the capital,… OR

Through use of labor/time/knowledge/experience/exercise, etc…,

ideally a combination of them ALL.

In reality:

There are members, with a deficit of capital.

There are members, with a deficit in performance.

There are many reasons why this service cannot be provided (usually temporarily) by our partners.

Be it that and this especially at the beginning, neither sufficient capital is available nor the necessary performance, just in the absence of work / time / knowledge / experience / practice etc….

So that this performance can therefore not be immediately “brought on the road”, i.e. called up, simply because it takes some time to establish this performance through “learning”, practice and ultimately through DOING.

Furthermore, there are various “imponderables of life” that can prevent this from happening, even during membership, i.e. even after the initial period, and which can never be ruled out.

Be it “stressors” in everyday life, professionally or privately.

Losses, e.g. of work due to dismissal or bankruptcies, illness or an infinite number of other events that make it temporarily and understandably impossible to perform.

 

For exactly these cases the EPP was developed and

integrated into our coaching program. 

This system does nothing else but that we, as trainers and coaching partners, can provide this service for our members in a situation where it is temporarily impossible for the individual partner to provide this service, just WE, can provide this service for the partner.

We do this by sharing our performance, our work and our capital, our results with our partners.

We have regulated in the EPP system exactly how much, of which of our profits, flows proportionately into this pool, which is then distributed among the members and is available for distribution. This can be read in detail and with corresponding examples in our terms and conditions.

Each member has, by the construction and systematics of all our memberships, a precisely defined share of this pool. This means that each member receives a distribution from the pool every month. Of course, only if we have profited.

Why are we doing this? What is the goal? 

We do this because we have been down exactly the same road as our members, especially those without sufficient capital.

This means that we know very well what it means to be on this path and what can happen to anyone on the way to this first goal and the goals that build on it.

A “good trainer” protects his students and tries to keep away the biggest pitfalls and sources of danger. He gives motivation on the way so that the speed of training is increased, which decisively shortens the way to the goals.

We achieve this through a wide range of systemically integrated measures, with the EPP playing an exceptionally important and also large role. 

The EPP produces two important supports at the same time.

On the one hand, constantly increasing motivation through “earning success” and on the other hand, constantly increasing safety, even against the rigors of life, as described above.

Increasing motivation and increasing safety, are the strongest supporting forces you can use as a trainer to reach the teaching goal!

The respective state of affairs concerning the EPP, every member sees completely transparent and live, so in real time, in the platform. Plus, the respective monthly reports!

The average of this provided profit performance, i.e. our investment in our members, achieved to date and paid in full in each case, is currently, as of today, 4.386% per month. I will take this opportunity to illustrate what this means to members: 4.386%/month is a cumulative result of 48.246% in the current year!!! (11 months, without compound interest).

This in turn means, for example, that a Gold member has already earned 48.246% multiplied by 125% (his personal payout ratio) since January, an earning of 60.307%, based on his membership purchase price. This was exactly $15,076.75 that this “premium customer” was able to earn completely passively, i.e. in addition to the profits he was able to earn by applying the marketing tools and/or the cryptos and here in particular with the various trading strategies.

 

This is only possible by choosing the right coaching partner, namely T4-Pro. 

 

This applies without any requirements to all Premium members, i.e. from T4-Pro-GOLD and higher.

For which cases was the EPP …NOT… developed and integrated into our coaching program? 

All members who join our coaching company and cannot be a premium member, cannot be so because of lack of capital.

From a commercial point of view, this is the (currently reportable) result of:

 

Too little earning power in the past.

 

To change this, therefore, is the first and right goal of all our member’s efforts.

Accompanying him on this path to exactly this goal is the core of all our efforts!

 

We stand like “one man” behind, beside and in front of our member. 

Therefore, EVERY member has a share in the EPP, which he will increase in the course of his development to “good earning power”, by upgrades of his respective membership up to the Premium member, thus in a first main goal, up to the T4 Pro GOLD membership, in order to be able to use the “necessary” advantages of the respective higher membership.

Because:

Especially for the members without sufficient capital and lack of work performance (see above), this “coaching tool” is “decisive” especially at the beginning. 

It enlarges very much the group of those who on the way do not quit,

thus leaving it in frustration and giving up.

 Of course, it also happens with us that the members, for whatever reason, temporarily or for a longer period of time in need and for example due to illness, can no longer provide any performance. In this case, we are happy to assist our members with the services of the EPP as a real “helping hand”. This is exactly why we “invented”, developed and implemented this system!

 

However, what is not possible at all and what we have to protect ourselves and above all

the community, of our members working honestly on themselves, are: 

All those members who, for whatever reason, sabotage the teaching goal by refusing to perform without need.

Members who show no activity at all. Not taking advantage of any training, categorically ignoring any offer of earning or sabotaging it by refusing to do so, because they think that they can go into some form of “modest retirement” on the laurels that WE provide in the EPP.

… If even our possibilities, without money, without knowhow and without risk, to achieve revenues with about 1 hour of effort are ignored…

You think that doesn’t exist. But there is.

We, too, may have members who, for whatever reason, permanently refuse to perform.

If you don’t perform in either one (marketing) or the other (trading) field, our absolutely lucrative business fields, you can’t make money doing it.

And there is no intention to do so, but one has “snuck in” to participate in our EPP through this deception without further effort.

But:

That’s not what it’s for and that’s not what it was made for!

Therefore, we reserve the right to deactivate the EPP upgrade share entitlements of such members included in the memberships, until this changes again!

Because primarily they are upgrade shares and secondarily share entitlements.

Such behavior, as described above, causes this authorization to expire as long as such a community-damaging condition exists.

This can change at any time, which then requires a corresponding e-mail to support@t4-pro.com , in which a release (reactivation), with appropriate justification, can be requested.

 

The final decision on this will be made by the management in consultation with the Inner Circle teams and, if applicable, the sponsors.
