We continue to move forward with our optimization and finalization efforts with great enthusiasm. A key part of our strategy is to personally engage our book customers, who have been brought in through referrals, individual social media marketing, or MMP, as early as possible and guide them through the initial start-up phase.

To achieve this, we are forming a dedicated team of “T4 Mentors” who are part of the Inner Circle and will conduct these conversations.

The planned process is as follows:

1. First One-on-One Coaching Session:
   • Timing: Early on, ideally before or during the “Reading the Book” step and completing the “Project Overview” video course.
2. Second One-on-One Coaching Session:
   • Timing: After completing the course and possibly attending the “HOT SEAT” webinar. Here, we will clarify all questions based on the completed questionnaire and define the optimal start, moving forward with ACTIVATION.

We have the following questions for you:

1. Who feels called to this role and confident in their ability to succeed?
2. Who can commit the time? This includes 1. The training, 2. Regular meetings, and 3. At least three available days per week for scheduled conversations.
3. Who is interested in giving extra effort and earning additional income through performance-based compensation?
4. Who can do this in GERMAN? Who can do this in ENGLISH? Who can do BOTH LANGUAGES?
5. Diamonds are preferred, Pro is the minimum requirement – and as always, exceptions will prove the rule!
