Dear Members,

As part of our optimized strategy, each new customer has the opportunity to be individually guided through the start phase by one of our mentors. The goals are to increase efficiency, save time, and provide clarity by answering personal questions.

To do this, each book customer has access to a calendar in the dashboard to book their personal start session with their mentor.

Due to technical reasons, the calendar is visible to all book customers. However, members should not book a mentor session, as the “Hot Seat” and support are intended for their questions. If a member books a session, it will be canceled immediately, and they will be notified via email.

Please do not book a starter session if you are already a member. Thank you!
