I am writing to let you all know that beginning today, you have the ability to pay via bank transfers in USD and EUR.

Maybe you have already noticed the Currency selector on the Marketplace pages?

It looks like this:

An you can find it on the right hand side the Marketplace, Cart, and Checkout pages.

Choosing EUR as your payment currency, you will have the following options on the Checkout page for Fiat-Payments:

• Credit / Debit Card
• iDEAL
• Bancontact
• Giropay
• Sofort
• EPS
• Bank Transfer in EUR

Your Order Screen will look like this:

Note that we charge a Convenience Fee of 5.4% for payments in fiat currency, except for bank transfers. For bank transfers the transaction fee is $4.14. Our Payment processor is charging this fee. Crypto payments and payments with commissions remain fee free. Also please not that as of writing this post, the exchange rate for USD <-> EUR is 1:1.002 respectively, this means that the USD is currently stronger than the EUR and prices are higher in EUR than in USD. We update the exchange rate automatically twice daily.

For payments in USD we offer the following payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Card
• Cryptocurrency
• Crypto Currency via Wallet Connect
• Bank Transfer
• Pay with commissions (EPP upgrade shares only)

The Fees for Fiat transactions is the same as it is for EUR transactions (5.4% for Card payments and $4.14 for Bank transfers). Our Payment processor is charging this fee. Crypto payments and payments with commissions remain fee free.

These are your checkout options for USD

For bank transfers, we will confirm your order once the funds have arrived in our bank account. You will receive the Account Details during your checkout process, and be sent them per e-mail. For all bank transfers we require that the payment reference is your ORDER NUMBER.

You can find your Order Number on your order confirmation page, on the email that was sent to you with the payment details, as well as in your account.

Changes to Data-Collection

To facilitate these Payment options we had to change what data we collect from our partners.

Previously we asked for your e-mail address, your name, and what country you are from.

Now we are asking for you address as well as what we previously asked.

This data is used to verify payments. We need to collect it in order to comply with our payment processors` requirements.
