Short announcement regarding the Marketplace
Due to an issue with our payment software and our multi language software, we cannot process payments made with crypto IF you checkout in a language that is not english.
Should the message: “The account is locked, probably due to a payment not being able to be send to the API server. The account will unlock upon next contact with the API server” appear in a red banner at the top of your checkout page, you can still pay to the wallet address provided in the email you have received. We will manually confirm payment in this case. The e-mail will look like this (in German):
You may also click on the provided link: “Pay for this order”. On the page that is opened make sure that your language is in English, and you can then complete the payment as usual with automatic settlement (this will only work during the provided time frame (4hrs) after your order).
If you have made a payment and it has not confirmed, please send a message to Ben (click on the 3 dots and “send message”) with a screenshot of your payment, the amount sent and the time and receiving address should be visible, and we will confirm manually.
We currently do not have an alternative to the process above. If you use Metamask or a Binance Wallet (not the trading platform) you can use Wallet-Connect to make your payment without restrictions, and it will confirm immediately.
